eh777 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Using Our Platform

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and eh777 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using any part of the eh777 platform, including the website at eh777.win, the mobile application, or any associated services, you accept these Terms unconditionally.

These Terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of how they access it – desktop browser, mobile browser, Android app or any other method. These Terms are effective from the moment you first access the platform and remain in effect for as long as you hold an account or continue to use the platform in any capacity.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to registered users via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.

2Eligibility

To register and use the eh777 platform you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. eh777 is strictly an 18+ platform. We do not knowingly provide services to anyone under the legal adult age.
• You must be using the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Commercial use, resale of services or using the platform on behalf of third parties is prohibited.
• You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion order on this platform or any other gambling platform that includes eh777 in its scope.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration and keep that information current.

eh777 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age when requested will result in account suspension pending verification. Accounts found to belong to users under 18 will be permanently closed and any remaining balance will be handled in accordance with applicable guidelines.

3Account Registration

To access the full features of the eh777 platform, you must create an account. Registration requires you to provide a valid mobile number, a password and additional personal details as prompted. You must ensure that all information provided during registration is accurate and truthful.

Each person may only hold one active account on eh777. Creating multiple accounts – whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods or devices – is a violation of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with the same individual may be suspended and any bonuses or winnings generated through duplicate accounts may be voided.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. If your mobile number, payment details or other registered information changes, you must update your account accordingly. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in delays to withdrawals or account verification.

eh777 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without being required to provide a reason for the refusal.

4Account Security

You are entirely responsible for the security of your eh777 account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. eh777 will not be held responsible for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact eh777 support immediately. We will take appropriate steps to secure your account following a verified report of unauthorised access. However, any bets or transactions that were completed prior to us being notified cannot be reversed unless they can be demonstrated to have been the result of a platform security failure on our end.

• Do not use easily guessed passwords. Use a combination of letters, numbers and symbols.
• Do not access your eh777 account on shared or public devices without logging out fully afterwards.
• Enable fingerprint or biometric login on the Android app where supported for an additional layer of security.
• Never share your OTP with anyone, including people claiming to represent eh777 support.

5Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on eh777 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as made available from time to time.

You may only deposit funds from payment methods that are registered in your own name. eh777 reserves the right to request documentation confirming ownership of any payment method used. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts may be reversed and the deposited amount returned to the source.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to satisfactory completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. KYC requires submission of a valid CNIC and confirmation of your payment method. KYC verification is a one-time process. Once verified, your account will not normally require re-verification for standard withdrawals.

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the platform at the time of the transaction.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours of the request being approved.
• Bank Transfer withdrawals may take one to two business days depending on your bank.
• Withdrawal fees, if any, will be displayed clearly before you confirm the withdrawal request.
• eh777 does not impose hidden currency conversion fees on PKR transactions.

We reserve the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or if the withdrawal cannot be returned to the original deposit method. In such cases, we will communicate the reason for the delay to the account holder.

6Betting Rules

All bets placed on the eh777 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event or game type. These rules are available within the relevant section of the platform. In cases of conflict between general Terms and specific game or event rules, the specific rules take precedence.

Once a bet has been confirmed by you and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled, amended or reversed. It is your responsibility to review all bet details – including selection, stake amount in PKR and odds – before confirming. Mistakes made during the bet placement process are not grounds for cancellation after confirmation.

• Cricket betting markets, including PSL and T20 international fixtures, are governed by the specific Cricket betting rules available in the Sports section of the platform.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to live market availability. eh777 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without prior notice.
• Bets placed after the official start time of an event using delayed data will be voided.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error – where odds are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault – eh777 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to users.
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per event may apply and are displayed within the betting interface.
• Winnings from voided bets will not be paid. Voided bets result in the original stake being returned to your account wallet.

For Slots, Fish Games and Bingo, the rules specific to each game are displayed within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with those rules before playing. Any technical malfunction during a game session will be handled in accordance with our fair play policy, which may result in the round being voided and the stake returned.

7Bonuses and Promotions

eh777 may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions and other incentives to new and existing users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. These general Terms apply to all bonuses in addition to any promotion-specific conditions.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per user, per household and per device, unless the promotion specifically states otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until any applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from your account.
• eh777 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.
• Any attempt to abuse a bonus offer – including the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or coordinated betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms – will result in the bonus being voided and the account being reviewed for suspension.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the eh777 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate.

• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age or if you are in a jurisdiction where access to such services is restricted.
• Creating more than one account or assisting another person to create an account for purposes of circumventing these Terms.
• Using software, bots, automated scripts or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage over other users or to manipulate the platform's systems.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, latency in odds updates, or any system vulnerability for financial gain.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the platform in any way connected to money laundering or financial fraud.
• Sharing, selling or transferring your account to any third party.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate the outcome of any bet, game or event.
• Providing false identity information or forged documents during the KYC or account verification process.
• Engaging in any form of match fixing or using inside information to place bets on Cricket, PSL or any other sport available on the platform.

eh777 employs fraud detection and security monitoring systems. Accounts identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will be suspended pending investigation. If an investigation concludes that prohibited conduct occurred, the account will be permanently closed and any associated funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable policies.

9Responsible Gaming

eh777 takes responsible gaming seriously. We believe that online gaming and sports betting should remain an entertainment activity that stays within the limits a user has set for themselves. We provide tools to help you manage your activity on the platform and we encourage all users to use them proactively.

• Deposit Limits: You can set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit limits from your account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit may be subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: You can set session time reminders so the platform notifies you after a defined period of active play.
• Self-Exclusion: If you feel your gaming is no longer under control, you can request a self-exclusion period of between one month and permanent. During self-exclusion, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to register a new account.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without prior written permission from eh777. Automated scraping of odds data, game results or any other platform content is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, eh777 and its directors, employees, partners and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

eh777 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party service disruptions or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability. We will make reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and to communicate planned maintenance in advance.

In the event of a technical error that results in incorrect odds being displayed or a game malfunctioning, eh777's liability is limited to the return of the user's original stake for the affected bet or game round. We are not liable for any lost profits or expected winnings resulting from such errors.

12Privacy and Data

eh777 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

Your personal data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, comply with our fraud prevention obligations, and communicate with you about your account and platform updates. 13Amendments to Terms

eh777 reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects when the Terms were most recently updated.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with changes to the Terms, you should close your account before those changes take effect and withdraw any remaining balance.

14Account Closure

You may request to close your eh777 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing your account, please withdraw any remaining PKR balance. Accounts with a zero balance will be closed promptly upon request. Accounts with a remaining balance will be closed once the balance has been withdrawn or after a reasonable processing period.

eh777 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, abusive behaviour towards support staff, failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe, or prolonged inactivity. In cases of closure due to a breach of Terms, remaining balances may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

Accounts subject to a self-exclusion request will be suspended for the duration of the exclusion period and cannot be reopened early. After a self-exclusion period ends, reactivation is subject to a mandatory cooling-off review.

15Contact and Disputes

If you have a question about these Terms or wish to raise a dispute regarding a bet, transaction or account decision, please contact the eh777 support team in the first instance. We aim to resolve all queries and complaints promptly and fairly.

When raising a dispute, please provide your account details, the specific bet or transaction reference, the date and a clear description of the issue. Our support team will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Disputes regarding bet outcomes will be reviewed against our recorded data for the relevant event or game session.
